The property market in Edinburgh is known for its quick sales and surging prices and barely a day goes by when it isn't topping some sort of table.
But one home in the Scottish capital has been sitting on the market for almost four years, leaving many puzzled. The property in question is a four-bed bungalow in the suburb of Craigentinny.
According to Rightmove, the property, on Nantwich Drive, was put up in May 2019, meaning it is coming up for four years on the market without being sold - making it Edinburgh's most 'un-sellable home', reports Edinburgh Live. The property may need a fair bit of work doing to it, but it has plenty of admirable features.
Although the decor is a little dated, the home boasts four spacious bedrooms and a large rear garden, as well as being in a popular part of the city. The asking price for the property at the moment is sitting just below £400,000, with homes in the areas selling in recent months for a similar price.
