Ed Sheeran was among the last punters to have a pint in historic Birmingham pub made famous by UB40
msn.comUkraine, a fundraiser being held at the Resorts World Arena on Tuesday, March 29. But Ed is no stranger to Brum, and has been known to hang around outside of gigs in our pubs.
Back in the summer of 2019, the singer came to Birmingham to record a music video with Birmingham grime MC Jaykae and Manchester's Aitch.
They filmed in the ill-fated Eagle & Tun pub before before being photographed propping up the bar with a pint and some crisps.
The pub, which closed in 2008 before reopening in 2016, had shared the images on their social media pages. Unfortunately for its regulars, the Eagle & Tun closed for good in January 2020.
