Passengers on an EasyJet flight from Greece to Manchester Airport were left stranded in Rhodes over the weekend without accommodation.

EasyJet confirmed that some passengers were not provided with accommodation overnight after they cancelled a flight that was meant to depart on Saturday, July 2.

The airline explained that this was due to ‘limited hotel availability’ in Rhodes. EasyJet have apologised for the difficulty put on to customers - some of whom had to source their own accommodation.
