Thousands of Brits will be looking to jet away this summer as travellers make the most of countries easing their Covid restrictions - or scrapping them altogether.
Airlines have already seen a huge surge in demand as people return to travelling abroad. During the Easter and Jubilee periods passengers faced significant travel disruption as airlines and airports struggled to cope with the high number of travellers on top of staffing shortages.
This saw huge baggage queues, flight delays and cancellations leaving travellers frustrated and disappointed. As a result many airlines have cut their services this summer as they were urged to curb their passenger numbers.
Heathrow Airport has even capped the number of passengers passing through the airport to 1,00,000 each day across the summer.
