The actors teased what is in store for Adam's character Ian Beale and Sharon, who are good friends. Ian recently bought the Queen Vic for Sharon, who will now run it after the Carters left.

But what Sharon doesn't know, is Ian is responsible for the death of her beloved son Dennis. At the tragic boat party earlier this year, Ian locked Dennis in a room as the boat sank, leading to his death.
