EastEnders viewers were left torn after witnessing a flirtatious exchange between Grant Mitchell (Ross Kemp) and Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) in the latest episode, but new photos hint at a different romantic development.

During a heartfelt conversation, Linda confided in Grant about her struggles with alcoholism and recent rehab stint. Grant, who's set to leave Albert Square this week, revealed his plans to return to Portugal and, as they parted ways, he grasped Linda's hand and praised her, saying: "You, are amazing," and thanking her for her support with Phil.
