The show has teased that Kat Slater (portrayed by the fab Jessie Wallace) and her boy Tommy Moon (the talented Sonny Kendall) are taking centre stage in a gut-wrenching child to parent abuse storyline hitting our screens this summer.
The mischief started when wee Tommy began spiralling earlier this year, post Kat calling it quits with Phil Mitchell ( EastEnders legend Steve McFadden).Tommy's been stirring the pot something serious lately - from giving school the slip, nicking goodies from the Minute Mart, and now, in jaw-dropping scenes, the lad's anger burst out all over Kat.
In a botched attempt to be cupid for Kat and her ex-flame Phil, Tommy got all wild-eyed and hands-on. And there's more heartache on the horizon; EastEnders is plotting to show Tommy trying to rule the roost over Kat with an iron fist, throwing their mother-son bond and the whole Slater-Moon clan into chaos.
