EastEnders star Letitia Dean has stunned fans with her new look as she posed with co-star James Farrar's baby. Letitia, 54, has played the iconic Sharon Watts in the popular BBC One soap on-and-off since the show’s beginning in 1985.

The actress’s transformation saw her drop two stone in just four months, with her new look leaving EastEnders fans shocked as Letitia’s Sharon tried to sabotage ex-husband Phil Mitchell’s wedding, all while wearing a blue, figure hugging dress.

Co-star James posted to his Instagram story showing his on-screen sister and real life wife, Ali, side-by-side, with Ali holding the couple’s baby daughter.

With her blonde hair immaculately done, Letitia wowed in a black and white striped polo jumper, which she paired with some black leggings.
