EastEnders legend Phil Mitchell cheated on his wife to-be, Kat Slater, in a passionate moment with Emma Harding during tonight's episode.The pair were drowning their sorrows in Peggys, which had been closed to the public when the emotion took over.This week, Phil has found himself in Kat's bad books after keeping Alfie Moon's cancer scare from her.

When Kat found out the truth, she was livid with Phil and told him that she wasn't sure if she wanted to marry him anymore. During Tuesday 12 September's episode, Phil tried to make things up to Kat, but she sent him away, leaving him furious.

After the exchange in the cab office, he was in a state and made his way to the club for some alone time. As for Emma, she only returned to the Square on Monday, 11 September, and she has come to blows with Ben Mitchell on several occasions.Tonight, Ben made it clear that she is to have nothing to do with young Lexi, who is his daughter and Emma's grandaughter.

She was upset following her chat with Ben and made her way to Peggys, and she was met by Phil who told her they were closed, but Emma didn't listen and insisted he got her a gin and tonic.The pair moaned about what was going on, and before long, they were in the office about to sleep together.
