EastEnders fans think they have spotted the Christmas "murder weapon" after the Beale and Knight families went to war on Thursday night.
While the weapon in question certainly won't be the one that is used during the festive episode, it is almost identical to the one that can be seen in the flash forward episode, which aired back in February. The item that eagle-eyed viewers spotted is a champagne bottle, which George Knight handed over to Ian and Cindy Beale on Thursday, 28 September.
Fans noticed that it's very similar to the smashed bottle that is covered in blood and in Denise Fox's hand in the flash forward episode.
The expensive bottle appears to be the weapon used to kill one unsuspecting member of the Walford community in the Queen Vic this festive season.
