EastEnders boss addresses fan theory linking Christmas death and new family

The clan haven't even arrived yet but speculation is already mounting on what could be in store for the trio. EastEnders fans have predicted that they could be linked to the Christmas murder, which was teased in a groundbreaking flashforward scene earlier this year.
Back in February, fans were shown a fast forward clip from Christmas Day with six women around a man's body in the pub. One male character is going to be killed off during the festive period and Suki Panesar, Linda Carter, Sharon Watts, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox and Kathy Beale are all at the crime scene.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed a new addition to the Queen Vic in the clip – a mysterious knight's costume behind the women. When it was later revealed that the Knights would be arriving, fans quickly began theorising about if the newbies would play a part in the death.
