It will be a physical battle for us and it will be tough going down the coast to play there in the current conditions.“It is as tough a fixture as they come for us but last month we went away to Kello Rovers and got a good win so we want to try and draw on that experience for this one.“It’s about trying to keep putting points on the board but beyond the points and results, there’s a lot of things we can’t control.

As long as we can maintain our level of performance and be consistent, the results will come.“There needs to be patience around the group.

There has been a lot of change around the squad and a change in manager in the last few months, so I think we need to be aware of that.“For me, performances are more important right now because if we get that right the results will come.”Connolly admits they did consider switching last
