Eamonn Holmes has been spotted using a walking frame in southwest London, weeks after news of his unexpected split from Ruth Langsford surfaced.The veteran TV host was seen with the aid while out and about this week.

Eamonn, 64, underwent back surgery to address his long-standing chronic pain and also sustained a broken shoulder in a fall at the Surrey home he shared with Ruth last year.After his operation, the courageous broadcaster took a four-month break from his work duties.

Recently, he was spotted leaving a barber's shop, utilising a walking frame to assist him on his way to his vehicle.Dressed casually in navy trousers and a blue t-shirt, Eamonn carried on with his routine, reports the Mirror.Following his separation from co-presenter Ruth, it is understood that Eamonn is keen to move on.

An insider told the Sun: "It's been a tough spell but he's done with moping about and decided to cheer himself up with a short back and sides.
