Just months after undergoing surgery to remove a benign brain tumour, Davina dazzled onlookers, having had the 14mm colloid cyst taken out last November.

On her bold fashion statement, Davina quipped on the red carpet: "I just thought, how disgraceful can I look? I'm growing old disgracefully.
