In a heartfelt post, Eamonn shared a photo of himself during a physiotherapy session in which he could be seen lying down as a physiotherapist lifted his leg, Alongside the snap, he penned the caption: "More painful than it looks....

I do a lot of pushing and Johnny a lot of pulling.This is most days for me #Rehab." Fans were quick to share messages of support, with one writing: "A step closer to full recovery Eamonn."
