Ruth Langsford
Ruth Langsford (born 17 March 1960 in Singapore) is an English television presenter of shows such as This Morning, Gift Wrapped and How the Other Half Lives. Langsford is an anchor on ITV's lunchtime chat show Loose Women and presents Ruth Langsford's Fashion Edit on QVC. She took part in the fifteenth series of Strictly Come Dancing, where she came ninth. She is currently the longest serving female presenter of This Morning. Ruth currently is more frequently known for her exclusive fashion collection, for British fashion label QVC. After being approached to curate a collection, Langsford signed a multi million pound endorsement deal that spawned 19 sellout collections; 18 of which debuted at London Fashion Week Women’s Collection.

He is currently the co-presenter of This Morning (2002–present) and Dancing on Ice (2006–2014, 2018–present) alongside Holly Willoughby. His other work for ITV includes All Star Mr & Mrs (2008–2016), The Cube (2009–2015), and 5 Gold Rings (2017–present). Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

Phillip Schofield was not sacked from This Morning, despite some strong suggestions from his ex-colleague Eamonn Holmes, ITV has insisted.

Speaking in light of Phil, 61, penning a surprise exit letter after being on the This Morning sofa for over two decades, Eamonn, 63, ranted alongside GB News co-anchor Isabel Webster: "Oh please just stop this.

He was sacked. All this nonsense of 'I've decided to step down'. I’m sure you did - here’s your P45 now step down. "And [Holly Willoughby] says: 'Oh, the couch will not be the same without him being there'.

Well she wanted him not there. So what is she moaning about? They deserve each other I suppose. "Holly is being as false as he is and nobody is talking about the elephant in the room.
