Eamonn Holmes has shared a scathing response to his former colleague Phillip Schofield after he denied claims of a toxic environment at This Morning.
In his statement, posted to his Instagram story, Phillip, who stepped down from all of his roles at ITV after confessing to an affair with a much younger colleague, slammed those attacking the show and accused them of holding grudges.
However, his former co-star Eamonn, who left This Morning back in 2021 and has since been embroiled ina years-long feud with Phillip, took to Twitter to hit back at this statement.
He wrote: "Schofield has just put out a delusional statement. Like Holly [Willoughby] he puts it on Insta Stories so if it goes wrong there is no record after 24 hours. "I'm reluctant to give the liar any more publicity but believe me Pip, if you are looking for a fight, you have picked on the wrong person!" Phillip's statement came after former This Morning star Dr Ranj released a damming statement slamming the "toxic" culture present at the show.
