mirror.co.ukDwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has confirmed he is finished with the Fast and Furious film franchise. The Hollywood superstar, 49, made his debut in the hugely-successful action adventure saga back in 2011’s Fast Five, playing bounty hunter Luke Hobbs.
He reprised his role for two more Fast and Furious movies, Furious 7 and The Fate of the Furious, and even fronted spin-off Hobbs & Shaw alongside fellow hardman Jason Statham.
However, Johnson was embroiled in a bitter feud with co-star Vin Diesel during his time on the Fast and Furious movies, and despite claiming they had reconciled and made amends back in 2019, it looks like they won’t be seen on the same screen together again.
