The UK entered its coronavirus lockdown on March 23, meaning people are only allowed to go outside for one form of exercise a day, for medical reasons, to shop for "basic necessities" or if you are a key worker.
Now, Lynne Owens, the director-general of the National Crime Agency (NCA), says gangs are exploiting two of these by portraying themselves as key workers to avoid being stopped by police - and by dealing drugs out of supermarket car parks in order to blend in with the crowds. “We know that some groups are finding it harder to transport their commodities and are adapting their methods,” she told a press
