Dramatic photos show horrific aftermath of BMW smash as driver escapes serious injury

Police officers, firefighters and paramedics raced to the scene. A cordon was put in place on the street and the road was closed off for some time.
Miraculously, the driver of the white BMW escaped without serious injuries. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed their Serious Collision Investigation Unit were not investigating, which suggest the injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.
