The 43 year old resident doctor, who worked on the show alongside Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby from 2016 to 2021, stepped out for the opening of Gaucho Covent Garden in London on Thursday.
Ranj cut a relaxed figure dressed all in black - including a striking shirt that featured two zips running from his waist to each shoulder.
He was later spotted in high spirits as he posed for a picture with Strictly Come Dancing professional Katya Jones. It was the first time the TV doctor has been seen publicly since the scandal surrounding Phillip Schofield emerged.
