Doorbell cam catches 'pony on the loose' wandering around quiet cul-de-sac in middle of night

A homeowner got a shock after a 'runaway pony' was seen wandering his driveway on a quiet cul-de-sac in Stockport in the dead of night.

One resident on the street in Davenport woke this morning (Tuesday) to a notification on his doorbell camera about movement outside his home shortly before 4:30am.

When he looked back at the footage he was stunned to see a lone, unaccompanied animal, he believes to be a pony, had wandered onto his driveway.

Colin, 72, said: "I check my camera every morning to make sure nothing happened, and the rest is history! The only thing that had happened was that! "It's not every day you see a horse or pony walking around your drive.
