The season 1 finale of Fox’s hit new medical drama Doc airs tomorrow night (March 18), and we have some minor spoilers for what’s to come.

Doc tells the story of Dr. Amy Larsen returning to her practice after she suffers a brain injury that caused her to lose her memory.
