Doc has been officially picked up for season 2. The Fox medical drama’s second season will consist of 22 episodes.
Normally, shows launched midseason will routinely get shortened episode counts moving into new seasons. So getting a full, 22 episode season 2 seems to be more rare these days, Deadline reports.
Doc tells the story of Dr. Amy Larsen returning to her practice after she suffers a brain injury that caused her to lose her memory.
It stars Molly Parker of House of Cards fame as the lead role. Omar Metwally, Amirah Vann, Jon Ecker, Anya Banerjee, Scott Wolf, and Patrick Walker also star in the series.
