As much as we love our Emerald Isle, we can’t help but feel it’s an unusual choice of location for the world’s most famous footballer and his bride-to-be to stage their nuptials.
But stage their big day here they did – and what a day it was! It’s fair to say that this country – and maybe even the world – had never before seen the likes of it, and possibly never will again.
