Todd Spangler NY Digital Editor Hulu will continue to be the U.S. streaming home for Fox’s “The Simpsons,” “Family Guy,” “The Masked Singer” and other shows for at least the next four years.
Fox Corp.’s Fox Entertainment and Disney‘s Hulu announced a multiyear renewal of their content partnership, encompassing in-season streaming rights for Fox’s programming slate.
The agreement also includes the extension of the marketing alliance the two companies established in January 2023, under which Fox and Hulu branding jointly share presence across all Fox-owned and external consumer touchpoints “to align with live and on-demand viewing messaging of Fox content.” Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal renewal runs for a four-year term, sources said. Fox Corp. does not operate its own subscription streaming service and has leaned on its Hulu partnership to monetize its content in the subscription VOD space.
