Meet the dynamic duo on a mission to transform the lives of disabled individuals across the UK.Kelly Gordon, 35, and Emma Gardner, 41, teamed up to establish With Not For - a creative recruitment agency that solely represents disabled talent.

From the outset, they had a crystal clear vision - to enhance the representation of disabled people in creative roles and champion inclusivity and diversity for disabled individuals within the recruitment sector. The case for change in recruitment is persuasive, with disability charity Scope UK revealing the employment rate for disabled people stands at 53%, compared to 82% for non-disabled individuals.

A TV research study by Nielson found 34% of surveyed disabled individuals felt "under-represented in media", while half believed they were "inaccurately represented".
