A disabled man says he's has been forced to shower at a leisure centre due to the decrepit state of his flat. Jason King, 50, claims that he has received no feedback on improving the conditions of his living space and that he is "getting desperate".

However, Cheshire West and Chester Council said it found no evidence of damp when it inspected the property in January, stating that "mould is being caused by condesation" but Mr King says this isn't tue.
