Dillian Whyte has claimed he got the better of Tyson Fury when the pair previously sparred with the ‘Bodysnatcher’ ramping up the war of the words against the heavyweight world champion.
Whyte is the mandatory challenger for Fury’s WBC belt with a fight ordered to take place by next February. Fury is expected to fight Deontay Wilder in a trilogy fight before potentially eyeing an undisputed clash with Anthony Joshua.
Though Whyte has now called out the Gypsy King and said he put Fury on the canvas in previous sparring sessions. "He just needs to stop talking rubbish and let's have a go.
It will be a major fight. Let's have it out," Whyte told Sky Sports. "He's the one that come out and said he beat me up in the gym and stuff like that.
