Diddy is yet again fighting to get a gag order in place! As Perezcious readers know, Sean Combs is currently behind bars without bail waiting for his sex trafficking trial to start in May.

He’s also facing a s**t ton of sexual misconduct lawsuits. Per The Daily Beast, Diddy filed a motion last month to put in place a gag order against anyone who could potentially be called to testify, but it was rejected.

He also previously asked the court to put in place a gag order against government officials after accusing them of leaking evidence to the public.

The request was denied, but a similar gag order was instated restricting federal agents, investigators, and the rapper’s team from leaking anything from the grand jury proceedings.
