Diddy might be having second thoughts about giving up on his quest to get out of jail before his sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy trial next year now… As Perezcious readers know, the disgraced music mogul tried multiple times to be released from prison on bail since he was arrested in September but was denied by the judge every single time.

And Diddy eventually took the hint that he won’t be freed anytime soon! Earlier this month, per Deadline, his legal team filed a motion to dismiss his appeal for bail.

He reportedly couldn’t believe that he was still stuck behind bars, causing a full-blown meltdown this week! According to a source for Dailymail.com, the Bad Boy Records founder had a massive breakdown on Thursday, the day after Christmas, as he thought he’d be home by now: Diddy reportedly begged the guards to take him to the prison hospital for observation during the panic session, but they refused.
