Back in May, a former model named Crystal McKinney launched a lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder for an alleged assault that happened in 2003.
She claimed that after meeting Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week event in New York, he invited her to his studio where Hennessy and joints were being passed around by him and his colleagues.
She claimed she took a hit of what felt like a “very powerful” joint, which she believes was laced with some other drug. She then claimed the I’ll Be Missing You rapper demanded her to follow him into a bathroom where he forced himself upon her and made her perform oral sex on him.
