'Did they actually see it?' - pundit fumes at VAR after Manchester United penalty vs Nottingham Forest

Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown has slammed VAR after they failed to overturn Manchester United's penalty against Nottingham Forest.

The Reds were 2-0 down within four minutes at Old Trafford as first Taiwo Awoniyi then Willy Boly put Forest into a surprising lead.

Christian Eriksen prodded home on 17 minutes to reduce their lead at half-time. Forest were up against it shortly after the restart when Casemiro equalised.

Their task got a lot harder when Bruno Fernandes was brought down by last-man Joe Worrall who was sent off. Less than 10 minutes later, United were awarded a penalty as a charging Marcus Rashford appeared to be clipped in the area.
