A Lanarkshire dad with no health problems has died aged just 44 leaving his heartbroken family completely devastated. She told Glasgow Live: “Robert was my partner’s step-dad. He came into my life just after my dad died so he’s been a father figure for me. “He was very family-orientated.

He was the main provider for the family, he paid all the bills. He worked at Arnold Clark and then at night he would do delivery driving - he just wanted to make sure his family was provided for.“He had no health problems or complaints so his death has been a massive shock.
