(For her part, Baumgartner charges Costner with trying to make the family homeless by forcing her and their three kids to leave this nest.)However, Costner maintains a massive ranch in Colorado, otherwise known as Dunbar Ranch, which seems to be an option for his home base — and that for another occupant.

The Golden Globe winner listed his 160-acre Aspen estate in January for a colossal $36,000 per night, The Post reported at the time, and it still seems up for grabs.

Comprising 12 bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the spread occupies nearly 6,000 square feet. Dunbar Ranch has been pegged as “the ultimate luxury retreat,” and is located just minutes from downtown Aspen.

Features of the property include 24/7 caretakers on site, a baseball field, a sledding hill, three hot tubs and the ability to sleep up to 27 people comfortably.
