'Devil Wears Prada' Sequel In the Works with Meryl Streep & Emily Blunt Returning, Plot Revealed
justjared.comA sequel to The Devil Wears Prada is in the works and at least two original stars are eyeing returns to their beloved roles! Meryl Streep and Emily Blunt are both in talks for the highly-anticipated sequel, but it’s unknown if Anne Hathaway will also be back for the upcoming movie, according to Puck.
Oscar-winning producer Wendy Finerman, who brought us the first movie, is teaming up with Disney for the sequel as the studio owns the property after acquiring 20th Century Fox. Aline Brosh McKenna, who wrote the original screenplay, has reportedly been hired to write the sequel.
