Desperate search for missing woman who travelled to Scots country park
dailyrecord.co.ukA desperate search is underway to trace a woman missing from Glasgow. Shona Biggins, 49, has not been seen or heard from since Wednesday morning.
It is believed that Shona travelled to Dams to Darnley Country Park.Extensive inquiries are being carried out in the Darnley and South Nitshill areas to trace Shona.
Police are appealing for information from the public.Sergeant Alan Burrell, Pollok Police Station, said: “We’re becoming increasingly concerned for Shona’s welfare and are trying to trace her as quickly as possible to ensure she is safe and well.
If anyone thinks they’ve seen Shona, or someone matching her description, since yesterday morning, please get in touch with us.“If you were in the Darnley Country Park area yesterday, please think back.
