Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has hinted that a spin-off of the classic show is possible. The actress played Gabrielle Solis for eight seasons on the Primetime Emmy award-winning drama series, alongside Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross and Nicollette Sheridan.

I'd probably be the only one," she told Radio Times this week. "I always tell Marc [Cherry, creator]: 'So, you wouldn't do a reboot?' He just thinks we have fully mined those characters," Longoria added. "He doesn’t know what else there is to say about those characters. "However, she did hint that just because a reboot of the original show is unlikely, it doesn't mean a spin-off of some kind is impossible. "I think he'd do a new show on Wisteria Lane.
