Concerned Derek McInnes has warned Aberdeen “are in a serious situation” and urged the Red Army to play their part to get their club through the Coronavirus cash-crisis.
Hundreds of supporters have already snapped up season tickets and AberDNA memberships after chairman Dave Cormack made his initial rallying call last week.
Cormack has admitted the club could have a £5 or £6 million hole if the shutdown continues until the end of the season and although he is looking to bring in further investment they also need fan support if they are to avoid the route of Hearts and Hibs - who have been asked to take wage cuts and deferrals.
