Following the final episode of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Hashira Training Arc in Japan (also known as Season 4 on Netflix), the series’ official accounts revealed that a Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle movie trilogy will be released instead, adapting the final arc of the popular manga series into anime. Keep reading to find out more… There will not be a Season 5 in the TV show, but rather a trilogy of theatrical movies to conclude the series. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment have acquired the trilogy of movies for a global theatrical release, excluding select Asian territories and Japan.
No release date has been confirmed yet. However, an official trailer for Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle was released on June 30!
As Games Radar notes, the anime hasn’t skipped a single year since its debut, which strongly suggests that at least the first movie will arrive in 2025.
