We’ve already heard about how shocked the jury was to see the horrific crime scene and autopsy photos. Well, WRTV reported about another piece of evidence on Tuesday that was more emotional in its own way — the video.
Those familiar with the case will know 14-year-old Liberty “Libby” German was filming with her phone on the day she and best friend Abigail “Abby” Williams, 13, were killed while walking around Indiana’s Delphi Historic Trails.
Her final video, taken on 2:15 p.m. on February 13, 2017, was shown to the court on Day 4 of the trial. And it was more affecting than maybe anyone expected.
