Symonds, who is due to welcome her first child in early summer, was pictured at a Downing Street reception ahead of International Women's Day on Sunday, greeting guests including environmental activist Lizzie Carr, the winner of the Points of Light award.
And aside from that now-visible baby bump, it was the 31-year-old’s dazzling engagement ring that proved the focal point of her look.
