Death Cab For Cutie have announced a collection of concerts for the upcoming 20th anniversary of their 2005 album ‘Plans’ – check out the full list of dates below.Yesterday (February 11), the band took to social media to announce their plans for the 20th anniversary of their acclaimed fifth album.
So far, the band have only announced four shows, during which they will perform ‘Plans’ in its entirety.On the possibility of more shows being added, they wrote: “We are only playing a few shows in its honor as we’re currently working on our next studio album, but we would be remiss to not take the opportunity to celebrate the 20th anniversary in some fashion.”The four dates announced will see them perform in Seattle, Chicago and two shows in Brooklyn between August 2 and August 10.
They will be supported by Nation of Language and The American Analog Set at select shows.Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow (February 13) at 10am local – sign up for early access via Death Cab For Cutie’s official website.
