Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 has announced details of a US tour for his new memoir Fahrenheit-182. Find the details below.It comes after he dropped news of the upcoming book back last September, and explained that it was set to explore his time with Blink-182 – including their formation and break-up – as well as his struggles with anxiety, suicide ideation, and his cancer diagnosis. “This shit gets dark,” he said in a promotional video at the time, also adding in a separate interview that the project as “a combo of music memoir meets medical journey”.Now, Hoppus will be embarking on a new tour to celebrate the book and talking about it in further depth with fans across the US this spring.
Seven shows have been added, kicking off with an opening night at the Brooklyn Paramount venue in New York on April 9.The tour continues the following night with a stop at the Somerville Theatre in Massachusetts, followed by further nights in Washington, Philadelphia, Chicago and El Cajon throughout the month.
