Caoimhin Kelleher has been urged to stay at Liverpool and keep collecting trophies despite not being first choice.However, former Anfield keeper David James has set criteria that a move to Celtic would fulfil while giving Kelleher the best of both worlds.

The Irishman was linked with a summer switch to Celtic even before Joe Hart confirmed his retirement at the end of the current campaign.

Jurgen Klopp has long been reluctant to let Kelleher leave, with the understudy to the currently injured Alisson his usual Carabao Cup keeper.That was the case again at Wembley on Sunday, albeit through necessity as well as choice.
