mirror.co.ukDavid Bowie ’s beloved family dog Max – who had mismatched eyes just like the late singer – has died. Bowie had Shih-a-poo Max for 14 years with wife Iman and daughter Alexandria Jones, known as Lexi.
Lexi, 20, paid tribute, to the pooch yesterday saying: “Maxipoo, the best boy a girl could ask for. Thank you for making me smile these past 14 years.” Many Bowie fans admired Max for having one brown eye and one blue due to a medical condition.
Bowie’s look was said to be down to a permanently dilated pupil, caused when a pal hit him in a fight over a girl when he was 15.
