David Beckham was none too pleased to hear that his only daughter, Harper, appeared to be showing the first signs of growing up.Taking to Instagram, he shared the news with his more than 70 million followers that she has a crush.The 46-year-old, best known for his history as a Manchester United ace and his high profile relationship with Spice Girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham, is struggling to come to terms with the reality that his youngest child is growing up.An ambivalent David failed to crack a smile in a black and white selfie posted to the site, which showed off his numerous neck tattoos."Roses are red, Harper seven mentions she has a crush & this is daddy’s face," David wrote, punctuating his statement with red angry face emojis."But it’s ok she said daddy you are my only valentine," he added.David has come under fire in the past for showing his close bond with his daughter.As the youngest Beckham child and sister to three boys, perhaps it's not surprising that he isn't keen for her to grow up too quickly.Her brothers - Brooklyn, 22, Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 16 - are now all officially adults, whereas little Harper still has her innocence.Some social media users have criticised David for snaps of him kissing Harper on the lips.Piers Morgan was one of the first to question the display of affection previously, blasting on Good Morning Britain: "It’s very sweet but why would a father kiss his daughter on the lips?"Don’t get it - creepy.
