mirror.co.ukDaniel Ek has sounded out Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke as he looks to submit a formal offer to buy the club. The Spotify billionaire has signalled his intention to try and takeover the Gunners, the club he supports and has the backing of several clubs legends.
One of whom is Thierry Henry and he revealed that the Swede has the finances to table his offer. “He [Ek] already reached out and he already said himself that he collected the funds to make sure he can make a good bid," he said. “Now, they [the Kroenkes] need to listen and see what they can do - will they accept or not accept?" The Telegraph understands that Ek will make a formal offer to buy Arsenal by the end of the week.
