Dad fighting for life after wife killed and daughter, 17, stabbed in horror attack

Alberta Obinim, 43, died at the scene after being attacked outside the family's home in Barnard Road, Gorton, on Sunday evening (August 18).
Her 64-year-old husband - named locally as Baptist church leader Joshua Obinim - and the couple's 17-year-old daughter were seriously injured in the horrific knife rampage.
They were taken to hospital in a critical condition. Police have confirmed that the pair are continuing to receive treatment, with Mr Obinim continuing to fight for his life.
