Cyriel Dessers insists he’s starting to feel right at home at Rangers now he’s finished with the flat packs in the house.The Gers ace has been building furniture since his arrival in Scotland but it’s dismantling the PSV defence that has his entire focus this evening.
Dessers landed from Italy following a produced spell in Holland but he admitted he didn’t quite come ready-made out of the box.It takes time to build up confidence amid new surroundings but after notching in the weekend win against Morton, the big Belgian is starting to get his feet under the freshly constructed table.
Dessers said: “I think settling in is going well. It’s not easy, of course, to come in during the pre-season when I am coming off an injury.
It was a short pre-season so I had a pretty steep build up. We have gone onto a busy schedule with a lot of friendly games before the league started and then the Euro games.
